I have heard developing an rv park one should budget $30k per space, which seems high to me but, all the 50 amp underground power, waste plumbing, possible lift stations, pads for rv's concrete use areas, pavement, landscaping, engineering, surveys, sitework etc, maybe?

I also have the landscape company, approved by the HOA (see #2), using drones to take pictures just in case I need additional backup for insurance.

You have to split the common expenses in 2 - mortgage, taxes, insurance, landscaping, etc.

. $400 a month for utilities, $500 for misc expenses like toiletries, maintenance/repairs, landscaping etc. $150 a month for insurance (this might be low?).
