I've been reading books on Amazon prime for a while now and I've recently learned you can rent one book a month on the Kindle Owners Lending Library (1mil+ books) for free if you have a Kindle.Which books would you recommend on Amazon Prime or KOLL?

When you buy it on Kindle the forms come in Word form so you can just throw your address and names on them.

When will Dave Van Horn's book about Real Estate Note Investing become available on amazon for the kindle? 

I'm in the stage of trying to gather as much info as possible, listen to podcasts, read free books on Kindle prime and possibly take baby steps to get a wallet, hard storage and invest a small amount.

Do we still get the extras mentioned on the podcast if we pre-order the kindle version of the book?

Honestly, I've probably spent about $60-$70 on a few BP books for my Kindle and used the podcasts and forums to learn everything I know basically.
