There wasn't a firm decision that he made at that point in time, hence things were undecided and unsettled. and not at any point in time, Tenant sent a written letter of move out intent/notice until recently, mid-August '24, when I got the first written "move out notice" from him via "email" that he ll vacate the house on Sept 01 and that the payment will be left on the counter.

We have always had very pleasant dealings without agents involved but if I was selling a property I would probably grudgingly use an agent so other agents would show the property.

Most people go to the 3-day event and then do nothing with it....the people who join Mastery get the very intimate teaching and assistance they need to get going and do deals...some people need that and some people don't.Regardless, going to network and meet other Chicago investors is a positive no matter what.
