The other part of it is if you don’t have the fortitude to be a landlord then it is best to use a property manager

Multiple that number by 200 units and see if you have the intestinal fortitude to handle it.Section 8 cares about their clients, the tenants. 

Most people are aware that they need to study, read, listen to podcast to get started, but I'm not sure what percentage of people really know the mental & emotional change they need to go through to accomplish what they want to achieve, and if they have the fortitude to stick it out. 

Not many have the fortitude of Voeckler.

I think you got an amazing education for $13k, and this is a very cheap price to pay for lessons that will strengthen your investment fortitude.

To give you an idea of my fortitude for these type matters, I have not only prevailed in SM co but set precedence. 

In general most of the people that attend this type of training don't have the mental fortitude, drive, or resources to execute on the training they're provided.  

It's easy to sit around and cry about your problems, it takes some personal fortitude to go try to do something about it.

It's a broken system and I commend you for your fortitude. 

I dont have the testicular fortitude to invest in Detroit but id imagine you can make some money there IF you know what you're doing.
