It would cost me only $2300 per month which includes rent utilities furnishing and property management. she showed me one example only of a customer who profited greatly.

I also have a wide range of other investments, including stock options, which I plan to rely on in retirement.

As for holding a home and building another one - be sure to include carrying costs of the first home while building the second.

I am using the BRRRR Calculator and was wondering if Homeowners Insurance estimate was included somewhere or if I had to manually enter it somewhere?
