A better option would be for water to be turned on to the park (water is master metered), so that I can use a hose and blast water into each sewer line on each lot.

A lot of the gas lines in those old homes are 1/2" but I find you can get away with a 3/4" adapter and 3/4" hose from the valve to the heater - no cold spots, just consistent hot water PM me and I'll hook you up with my contacts.

It's easier if your'e into that thing for 10-50k and can get out rather than into it for 500k to 1 Million and are hosed.

For example, you can get the tenants to mow the lawn - but most tenants will not drag hoses around to water the lawn.
