Systems are great, but you are putting the horse before the cart here.

Thankfully we’re more in wine country and less in Shenandoah (though only 25 mins from the park) and have been totally fine because we capture winery/brewery hopping guests and horse show people.

I’m a mom of 2 and stepmom of 3 - it’s not easy and the rat race 9 to 5 isn’t enough to set them up for success in the future.

The thing I always wanted to be, was a Horse Trader.

This starts with establishing your Why and deciding which side of the cash flow quadrant you want to be one, the left side as a employee or self employed individual still in the rat race, or the right side as an investor and business owner with systemic passive cash flow.

Other side is hwy377 running, either side are ranches with horses and farm house.

I'm not looking to get rich quick but I would like to start building a portfolio to eventually get out of the "9-5 rat race".If anyone is in the Birmingham area, I would love to meet up and let me pick your brain on things. 

I have already posted about issue in Maryland before so no need to beat a dead horse.  

But like most things you are going to have a ton of beginners listening to someone who is just out to sell guru programs and one size does not fit all in every state.. but one they get a BP pod cast its off to the races.
