I'm favoring selling and harvesting the equity in this property for other deals.

Hello Huntsville investors, do you think new construction homes in Harvest and Toney will meet the 1% rule?  

Harvest when there's fruit to harvest, because there will be times when you'll be spreading fertilizer everywhere hoping for sprouts!

I had founder stock in my small commercial bank that got bought by a big bank.. so I got a 5X multiplier I think I bought the stock ( pink sheet about 4 years ago.)I put in a sell order and the funds hit today..

From my research into USDA agriculture sites and other forestry guides, it appears that average clear cut harvest yield per acre for 15-20 year old southern planted pine is approximately $1330/acre. 

They should sell it at home depot, its usually pink in color

At this point, I am thinking that I will probably unload the property in a year or two... it seem that the prices are at or heading towards the peak so it is time for harvest.

What we did on our first house was sell our one stock that was down (harvesting losses) to pay for the down payment of the house.
