I was not trying to harm any business.

While there is no harm in getting a contract notarized, I have never bothered with hundreds of contracts under my belt. 

If you intentionally are mean and do harm to others it will come back to bite you.

Another house we had to replace the window because random gun fire, and also  had to replace the door because the cops raided it afterwards to make sure no one was harmed.  

This last longer than folks think + harm labor market = stagflation.

-If they pay, no harm, but then the tenant knows you can't be played with.If tenants respond, they will usually have excuses and ask for more time. 

In the unlikely event someone gets harmed in that unpermitted bedroom before/during/after you sell it, guess who they will come after!

That means they could be off by several hundred thousand in my market, which does more harm than good in my experience. 

Taking out a car loan will do more harm than good at this point & it's simply not needed.
