I am looking for a Central Florida broker to hang my license with who has property management opportunities in Seminole county.

Rates change, leverage change, fees go up, and sometimes they just leave you hanging with no closing and no communication. 

My quintessential mountain cabin will include comfortable leather furnishings, wood for the fireplace, big coffee mugs, plaid window treatments and/or bedding, extra blankets, and taxidermy hangings.

I'm not sure if anything hangs on this clarification, but related to this same question, DSCR lenders wouldn't need to see a history of rental income, just that a rental agreement has been signed, right?
