On the other hand some people like having all the information nicely pre-packaged and delivered to them. $20,000 is alot of money to me so there is no way I'd be able to part with that much money knowing I'm paying for information that is already out there for free or much less. 

RMs are annuities, the property buys the annuity, at death the annuity ends and the property may be redeemed based on the amounts paid out but at a handsome return for the RM company.

My current thoughts of what I could do to it:Get some portion of it habitable, or move a camper on site, or rebuild carriage house on property... make it my primary residence.Rennovate along the way.Get it in decent shape and take out a HELOC on the property for a handsome sum.Use heloc to finance pretty much any other flips I wanted to do.  

At first it was very tedious and made me ffel like why am i even doing this but i will be the first to admit that the experience paid off handsomely and i was able to get my first small rehab done at the age of 19!

And I agree Dubai has a human rights problem, but experience has proven to me that the vast majority of foreign contract workers are paid handsomely compared to their average home salaries.

During this time period, I’ve also been building up my advertising/production company which has allowed me to generate a handsome income to help fund my initial investments. 

Perhaps check locally first as there are still pockets in East LA that have yet to be gentrified and will reward buy and holders handsomely.
