Plenty of people invest remotely, and as long as you have modest expectations (not chasing the highest possible yield), and are using light leverage, and don't get suckered into buying in a part of town that you wouldn't feel comfortable visiting in broad daylight, plenty of people do this and do... fine.

@Christopher Smith there are many...but in my opinion really only three companies out there that offer the ability to 721 into a large and diversified REIT that i'd feel comfortable with. 

It's impossible for them to hit the third close date and it's not likely they could hit any close date so they back out.I am feeling as if I was mislead. 

I also feel confident with his staff, which is readily available and courteous.

They paid their portion of the rent.I have found a lot of investors bring their personal or political feelings into the investing conversation. 

Given their track record, I’ve been lenient because I feel for them and understand how hard it must be for their family (I also have their $1,900 deposit). 

Plus buyers might feel rushed into making a buying decision as the longer they shop, the more hours they are getting billed for.
