We'll be removing a lot of it :) That room is currently gorgeous birch hardwood like the living room, but I'd definitely tile the entry, if we do this, and poach that wood to fill in elsewhere.

He had to remove part of the ceiling and part of a ceiling joist because of some bio matter (teeth mostly) (just shuddered a bit).
