You need “why “power ..not “will “power to stay in the game long enough to see your dreams come to fruition and accounts start to multiply .

Dora is slated to run up through Umatilla and to Ocala connecting with I-75....that could be 15 years before we see it come to fruition, but I can definitely see Ocala continuing to grow preceding that much needed thoroughfare. 

Continue to research on the forums here, as well as some other various books and see if anything clicks and comes to fruition of where I see...

The idea that the entire world order would fall apart and no one would be making rent payments didn't come to fruition.

I'm not talking about those post on here where the first time investor is posting about getting 50 doors in 90 days, almost always they will not tell you those doors are producing a net income of $30 a month, that's not an investment, that's a gamble where the "investor" is hoping for a favorable scenario when the Debt gets restructured at the end of the 7, or 10 year term, and then hoping the rent increase projections happened, hoping the vacancy turnover projections they forgot to account for don't come to fruition (you'll be amazed at how many people will have a 5% vacancy reserve, but they forget about the Unit turnover cost), Some get lucky swinging for the fences out the gate, many do not.  

I'm not needing great cash flow but I keep hearing about massive city-funded development and investment coming to this area but historically these plans have hit snags and ultimately nothing comes to fruition.

Who knows if gold is worth anything if it gets to a point where this line of thinking comes to fruition.

We all know how beautiful this strategy is specially after your ARV expectation come to fruition when you're on the refinancing part of it.
