Hey everyone,I’ve noticed a lot of discussions lately about finding the right property manager, so I wanted to offer some insights for those in the process or considering it.

If someone ends up with food poisoning or a trip to the ER because of their peanut allergy I don't want it to have anything to do with me.

There has been a run on gas and food, and schools are closed for the week. 

They don't know the process or how to negotiate throughout the process/what to look out for like a competent buyer's agent does.

It all just seems very manual and time consuming to do all those things for one single property only to realize that it's not a good opportunity.My question to this community: "What tools are you using to automate this process?" - or

Housing is a very important bill for many families to pay, but it still comes behind food.  

Im wondering if there's anyone who can help advise me on this process or the initial steps I should take.
