It would typically involve adding a vapor barrier (there are excellent paint on products), fastening furring strips to the brick, add the insulation, and then either drywall or siding.....

Typically the drywall repair is pretty large in scope, it needs to be furred out, etc, a real mess.....

I either refinish what is there as in one inch oak original from 1910 or if fur just use paint on older home rentals.In my home used .99 cent builder grade compressed sawdust that has held up well because I am careful and don't let a lot of water sit on it.

Not a fan of the Myers Briggs test or other personality tests that were developed in the 1940s based on the totally untested theories of Carl Jung that are now thoroughly disregarded by the psychology community either.

We do medium-term furnished rentals in Denver and Colorado Springs (as do a. lot of our investor clients) and with so many remote workers not having kids (but having fur babies), we've found that being pet-friendly is a big draw.
