So I did not pay extra for it, but chose it anyway over other places.

If I need by some chance I need extra money I can fund it with money from my side business.

WAY cheaper than then thousands if not 10’s of thousands in extra interest. 

Can you subdivide and sale extra land from these two properties?  

But yea I’d have to call and figure out if I would need to pay anything extra for that

I always a little under my target amount ( a month interest and half the cost of the attorney) so they can negotiate. 

It's surrounded by small, older SFH on large lots- half to 3 acres, right in the middle of town.
