Now, I’m looking at Florida, but it seems like most investors are focused on buying instead of arbitrage.I’m aware of the zoning regulations, but I’m curious—how easy is it to find landlords in Business and Tourist zones who are open to leasing for subleasing?

Fees should be clearly stated in writing, easy to understand, and justifiable.

You are young and presumably single, so living in a master suite while renting out some other rooms is easy.

So far the quoting and signing on process is fast and easy. 

In person is better than over the phone if possible, as I have been told by annoyed or lazy clerks "NO STR allowed" as that was the easy button to get me off the phone, or if they are anti STR. 

If you are looking at a deal that has a Realtor, builder aan Property manage all involved in the deal makes a deal very easy for a first time investor to navigate.Look for the market first and find an area that is growing in population and jobs.Let em know if I can help more.
