In many cases, it takes a few years to really start seeing any appreciable cash flow, but it is the relationships we make, the learning and overcoming challenges and obstacles every day that is the true rewards in this business.

No every-day property managers, secretaries, or spouses allowed.

I'm looking every day there. 

Then start sharing your expertise in small posts every day, at least one post.

Like "renting to section 8 tenants is actually really easy", "your agent is not on your team just connect with people like me doing hundreds of deals every day and use my team instead", that hood properties will have "15-25% net caps" for beginner out of state investors when in reality they will definitely lose money every month due to the rent not being enough $ to maintain a rental property, never mind all the tenant issues involved with this property class or the difficulty of managing them remotely... but he's done thousands of them just this week while sitting on the beach in Florida... 

I am open to meeting new and inspiring investors every day, and I am grateful for the opportunities real estate investing has brought me over the years.

We have someone on site building, that is not here every day either, so that does nto help.
