Outside of real estate, I enjoy working out at the gym, woodworking and building furniture, playing tennis and doing any and every DIY project. 

I've actually enjoyed living in this high-density neighborhood -- more privacy than an apartment or townhome, more social and walkable than a suburb. 

Particularly enjoyed the second one - it may have left me with more questions than answers, but I think I get more of the gist of it.
