For wholesaling you have to be approachable, friendly, and have endurance. 

And now we've been forced to vacate the tenants, and endure very costly repairs.

That same strength to endure things that torment you can be used to create a life you will enjoy.

So, watch for external obsolescence in an area, good locations near major shopping areas, good schools or near hospitals are usually a plus that will endure with time. :)

I had no idea water polo was such an endurance sport, didn't even consider a real sport in my book, but watching some of it, looks like those guys get a real workout!

@Michael Lleverino,It is my opinion your idea is just setting you up for a lot of unnecessary stress and possible failure.There is a very long list of other options for you to consider that can increase your chances for enduring success and lower your stress level.

I am quite sure about SFR, because the return is too low for all the management you have to endure.

In addition to the stress real estate investors endure from finding buyers, they, also, suffer stress from trying to build a strong buyers list.
