There is a breakfast meeting in St Augustine and an evening session at a local  hotel (Embassy Suites).

We were planning to just have the ceremony in Brazil and then move back to the States after, but we quickly found out that wasn't possible when we went to the U.S. embassy shortly after our engagement and got denied entry back to the States.
