This is an elderly, section 8  tenant.

It is really really cluttered, an elderly couple has been there for what looks like decades.

Hello,I am looking at a multifamily property that is under Section 515 Rural Rental housing for elderly.

I am in TX and have been working with the son of an elderly widow to purchase his mother's house, and they have agreed to sell to me. 

Some people will not have any problem with this but there are others that may be elderly or have mobility issues where this could cause concern.We want to tell tenants as soon as possible so they can make plans, if needed. 

I've got a backgound as a director level manager currently over 40 employees, some 20 years my elder right down to kids in High School.

This is actually what I got form the agent "The owner is elderly and wants to start liquidating all of her rental properties, since her husband has passed away and her daughters who are involved with the property management are no longer interested in this business.

Unfortunately the elderly husband was a bit more ready to sell than his wife was.

I said to them I just cant be a party to you making a 96k wholesale fee. so I am going to pass.. and this was an elderly single lady .
