OH ya the sf neighborhood were top earners billionaires multi millionaires and same with Tiburoun maybe not billionares but very rich. 

One of the big ones is that accounting software can keep track of partners' contributions and partner equity.

You also have to find out if they both contributed to the security deposit.

I would NOT remove any money from index funds as I expect those to be a great earner into the future and very steady hedge against other avenues.

Or if you are going to start a thread at least contribute your take or insight right up front and ask for input.

This likely reflects reduced demand for T-Bills, heightened inflation expectations, and increased Treasury supply, all contributing to higher mortgage rates and a tougher environment for buyers.There’s likely more at play here, but I agree it’d be great to see mortgage rates head in the other direction sooner rather than later.

There are sophisticated syndication investors contributing on BP, who have set up professional standards of due diligence and investment criteria.  

I believe all of the remaining clients following me to my independent company shows that the bulk of the value of the company that I shared with her, was based on my contributions.
