If someone had enough time to set up a meth lab in your rental property or devise an organized drug ring in one of your units, you suck as a property manager!

Ive been paying out of my ears on interest on those things which is why I started to obsess over my mortgage payments as well, bc i could see myself getting into the same cycle. 

In the house I live in with my family we have a Ring system and it never gets turned on.

The cites and communities ringing the lakes are still affordable and offer access to fresh water and more moderate weather.

Whether it’s understanding the local market, finding the right deals, or building a strong network, I’m all ears!

He might be using this repair as an excuse to not pay rent, or with intention to move out (which would be music to my ears at this point.)

You definitely need professionals with their ear to the ground to know how to take advantage of those changes instead of being caught in them.
