The OP is asking about standards that are NOT legal such as source of income (that is protected), service animals, etc. 

The only thing unique to these coaches is that you pay them thousands of dollars for brainwashing, sorry, I mean, "motivation".Now I don't know anything about Joe Mccall but everything the OP posted screams snake oil salesman.
