With 40% of homes still selling above asking price, waiting for a “better deal” often means missing out entirely.Financing is also a common issue.

I assume that's because there aren't as many as there are in surrounding areas, so it's not really an issue yet.

If you are running into DTI issues, I suggest looking into DSCR loans.

I would love advice from the community on this issue.  

It might be wise to remove the listing, and relist as a brand new place now that you have a solid cleaner.Some of the comments show that the paint has issues etc.
