The Class system (A, B, C) can vary by market, but here's my general breakdown:Class A: High-end, desirable neighborhoods.

In our market, it is probably a bit more desirable to go after smaller multi and of course it depends on the capital you have.   

It could be a good option if the investor strongly desires ease and passive style.

Purchased in a desirable part of Oakland (Glenview area) as an owner occupant in 2019.

Value was added by leveraging the property’s desirable location and Erika’s deep market knowledge.

He has stated clearly to me that he does not desire to be a RE investor.  

No off-street parking = not worth doing MTR unless it meets all of the following: super urban area where no parking is the norm, highly desirable area with a ton of MTR demand, super safe part of the city, and has great public transportation (think NYC, Hoboken NJ, etc.)Unless it meets all of the criteria above, I pass on those opportunities because my MTR will be eliminating the many people that travel with their vehicles.

All that said, I actual in cocoa beach area so probably even more desired than orlando but orlando was all it would allow me to select when setting up my account.
