If vacant you need to:what is cost of dumpsters vs buying a pick up or finding some hauler to throw away all the demolition  secure and board up and add cameras, get roof bids, order roof parts, roof needs to get on the house ASAPclean out dry wall, everything fabric throw away, cut up and remove carpet, mop the studs and floor with bleach and water solution (5% bleach), inspect electrical - maybe some shorts or problems, order flooring for kitchen and baths and new kitchen cabinets (measure like you are OCD ten times), how is the sub flooring?

It is a delicate balance between RE, Stock Market, and Living Expenses.

If one of our customers wanted to add those to an existing job, we could probably fabricate and install it for around $2k to $4k depending on hardware selection.

Most likely her whole backstory is a fabricated web of lies, but even if it isn't I wouldn't take her due to her response to fairly simple clarifications of her application.When you made this post, you already knew there was something amiss, right?

Sounds like they are trying to fabricate excuses to get out of the lease.  

Both ethernet and BNC/analog have delicate connectors and should probably be covered up when not connected to anything.You could write up an addenda or letter giving permission to install their own cameras without waiving their responsibility for repairing any damage that causes

I think it's more akin to a delicate partnership where everyone holds each other accountable for the job to get done.
