I am looking to buy long-term rental properties as a source of income from now through retirement that will leave a legacy for my two daughters.

Since 2015 I have been a Broker/Property Manager, me and my Daughter have been doing property management ever since.

My daughter who has 22 years at Intel I think she told me at 30 years she can retire and gets lifetime health benefits..

I want my daughter to one day own real estate! 

First off a little about myself, I am 37 years old with a wife and daughter.

Me, my wife and daughters are named as trustees.

My daughter uses her Wells card in Barcelona daily!

Real state sales is very tough as well. but if you put in the time early its get very good very fast.My wife in her early career was a single mother raising 3 daughters by herself.. now talk about hard.She was in a market of 50 to 75k homes back then.. she had to sell one a week and did do that for years. but very good at it determined and loved helping people find their homes. 

My daughter has a couple of great roommates going on 4 years & it pays her 2.85% mortgage & they split the utilities, WIN WIN !!!
