Some people will try to continue with that, but I think its foolish as then you run the risk of them perceiving you to play games.On discussing values, especially if it is a condo (Im assuming these are) I always try to use the example that if I drop an 8 cylinder souped up engine into a kia, it might be something nice, but it hasnt really changed the value of the car, at least not in a meaningful way.

When you're running on all cylinders, sh*t just can't seem to go wrong.

The estimated leads me to believe it is a rosy Vendor projection of income if firing on all cylinders (no vacancy, bad debt, or evictions).

I keep extra cylinders in my vehicle and can change out locks on an entire house in 5 minutes. 

Now we need to reduce this number, let everything hum along on all cylinders and enjoy some of the rewards for the 5 years of sacrifice.
