I've been looking at Allentown - in and around the NIZ, and Bethlehem, near the University, and Sands Casino.

@Thi Huyhn I apologize for the sarcasm or if I came off as a cyber bully. 

i don't want to blame the casino in Bethlehem for some of the current issues in reading or Allentown but I just might praise it as providing these fourclousures.

Those amenities are just on the side, as would be a casino, etc.

I know that they don't own any casinos and why would a billionaire derive profits from prostitution?

The 4th Ave location is labeled business 8 and has many smaller shopping centers and local restaurants that make it a better selection for air bnb than most of the rest of yuma west of 4th ave which is primarily family neighborhoods without any real attractions for visitors to enjoy.Also, the main street location would be the closest to the Quechan Casino on the Arizona and California border. 

The baseline prudential standards would cover eight areas, including capital, liquidity, risk management, data standards, data protection (including cyber risk), corporate governance, servicing transfer requirements, and change of control requirements (hereinafter, “Baseline Standards”).

I prop at one of the big casinos out here.The issue with finding a reliable agent is indeed my main concern.  

I will have my RE License and I have plenty of motivation to work so I don't foresee any problems with surviving in a reasonable mountain town/cityI have a 50k/year casino job right now that I plan on using to save up enough to move West.

The building is walking distance from a college campus and less than a 5 minute drive to downtown area and 10 minutes from a community college, 5 minutes from a hospital and in the near future there will be a casino about 5 miles from it.I have a good relationship with the landlord so hopefully he is open to a creative deal.
