Of course, control your lifestyle, but you might have more expenses.You'll need to keep up with your real estate properties, e.g. remodels and maybe 1031's to handle your tax liability.I still contend to expand into other investment avenues, especially more passive and perhaps "less complicated" tax liability situations.Good luck.

The market tends to be extremely high in all of the neighborhoods (Nothing less than 250k if you want a decent deal).I recently took a drive around town and took note of a few properties that caught my eye that might be contenders of a wholesale deal.

(Which is why I keep saying values are not arbitrary or something you peg just because you think you can dig more money out of someone)Misleading the nature of the interest in the land or property.......The "interest" is ownership interests, not disclosing your position in a transaction misleads other parties.I also contend that leading a seller to believe you're buying a property when you have no intention of buying is a clear deception.Again, the price.

Id also contend that if you are using assignable contracts to wholesale, you are engaging in a de facto net listing, which is illegal in most states.
