It won't stay that way forever, so enjoy it while it lasts

I would never put in a gas range, oven, dryer or any other consumer product for tenants, because a lot of them are idiots and will kill themselves or someone else.

Although we wouldn't want that to do that forever, we definitely don't mind it for the time being.

You see, people love watching videos about topics of interest and they spend hours of their day consuming this content.

This would still consume virtually 3 months of went.  

This negative position can consume years of cash flow to recover.

If there is no initial agreed-upon amount, determining a fair compensation becomes more time-consuming, leading to further losses.

It's not something you will have to do forever but it will make your life much easier for the next few years.
