You may be confusing the use of Schedule E versus Schedule C for tax filing.

I am a little confused on these two types of loans and if they can work together in some way, or if it needs to be one or the other.

Im confused why note seller would be selling the note at this point before auction at such a deep discount.

I must of missed where they said these were occurring, it was a little confusing and I hope I can work with them to better explain when these events were occurring. 

This series of questions is where it all comes together: 1250, 1245, 1031, etc. and it really is such a confusing mess that even the IRS may have been misinterpreting it - which would not be a first!

I just read 5 books (out of print, published between 1979 and 1986) all related to wealth building thru real estate “trading and exchanging” (not for tax free exchange).These were the most convoluted, confusing, and unfocused real estate books I ever read!

This is confusing to me - "I started a real estate business with the focus on educating others on the value of homeownership" coupled with "I'm building my credit so I can buy my first property".
