.- NOTE: FB Marketplace is difficult due to their strict policies (they really do NOT want PMCs advertising there)How are webviews, inquiries, emails and calls tracked, if at all?

My goal is to create a marketplace where investors can build their teams and for example agents and investors we are helping investors meet their goals and agents grow their businesses which is a win-win for everyone.

Might not fill 6 bedrooms immediately but when I rented by room there was always a good amount of interest (FB marketplace, craigslist, Zillow, roomies.com), especially if you are open to shorter than 12 month leases. 

Hey @Mindy Nicol, yeah the others hit the nail on the head.FB marketplace is a big crazy place with TONS of looky loo's.

It does depend on a few things as you know like price, location, and the extra's like what's there like water. septic, electric etc.Do you have it posted on Facebook Marketplace and offered it to any agents or are you selling it solo? 

She wanted me to spend money hiring an electrician to certify something that was not a real issue.

Did you use traditional marketplaces like yelp, thumbtack, angi?
