Is it accurate in terms of finding people's cell phone numbers?

We take it a step further and even attach the owners email and cell phone number.

I am not one of those.I do personal communications with all the guests and they have my cell so they can call or text.

I’v worked for a large general contractor for the past 6 years doing large and small commercial projects (250,000 sf office buildings, dialysis center in Tuba City AZ, and now cancer research center tenant improvement in Oahu).

This tenant is a great example of why they should never have a personal cell phone. 

Given my geographic inability to personally manage the properties and long stretches of not having cell or internet service, I'm calculating 3rd party property management into all my deals.

I'll take a cell phone but no computer.

My goal for 2023 is to give $1000 (10% of my monthly net passive income) to various children hospitals and cancer research institution.

Every investor has my direct cell phone number as every introduction call is conducted from my personal cell number.
