It's just a time burner. 

I don't work with them if they insist on an exclusive agreement as it means they can literally do nothing for you, put you on a back burner, and if you buy something, anyway, even a FSBO, they still get paid.       

If the unit is located in a moist location the burner plate will corrode faster than normal and be more likely to throw off the tune of the unit and lead to possible excessive carbon monoxide.

Hard to beat a Chevy with the 5.3 if you only need a gas burner.

I've been rehabbing properties for thirty years and my own house has ALWAYS taken the back burner.

It was over.We kept this house on the back burner (knowing that deals do fall through).

These tenants call the PM company for small repairs constantly: Running toilets, broken burners, etc.

Asbestos: I plan on replacing the (3) old oil-fired steam boiler systems with newer higher efficiency natural gas burners with conventional baseboard (steam conversion).

Put it on the back burner and follow up with them twice a year, make sure they have your contact  info.
