Well I only have about 8 post and I’m researching all of these softwares and most of the things I’m hearing across all the fb groups and real investors in my community believe that the product is really worth it also from my brief review , I’m leaning towards it being legit ,now this seems to be a bit more than just a product review squabble this seems to be more hazing and older experienced people in our industry upset about the harder ways that they had to do things to get the results that new comers are experiencing.Theres enough out here for us all no need to let your teeth show .

You need to pull a permit, then the Contractor has to take down the coping and bond beam a couple feet, then core holes in the pool floor (so it wont ever popout of the ground).

If the internal rate of borrowing doesn't change, I think there is still some room for mortgage rates to drop since the gap between internal rate of borrowing and the 10-year bond rates are still higher than historical averages so there is room for rates on 10 year bonds to lower.
