I still would file a complaint with the Ohio Real Estate Commission though, bad operators like this do not belong in the profession.

Hello, this is my first post so bear with me it might be long!

Isn’t the advantage of MHP ownership the fact that you own the land (pad sites), have limited maintenance and limited management, and that tenants tend to be long term because mobile homes are costly to move? 

Lucky enough to belong to an incredible network in Denver (CO) but as we add operations, properties and an arm of our design business down here I am itching to join something similar!

I am hoping that someone near me who is on Biggerpockets who belongs to one contacts me.

I belong to the Facebook group and have found the community to be pretty valuable. 

Sounds like it will vary from lender to lender.Based on input so far, it sounds like I would need to decide on either doing a handful of 2-4 unit properties that are local so I can self manage, and use multiple residential loans, or a medium size property (whether mhp or not) which has professional management and would likely be long distance. 

But these are the people that will buy houses or be long time renters. 

Your timeline should be long, and luckily for you, it will be really long.

No financials, no info specific to the batch of land belonging to your parcel.
