I heard all about the guru seminar racket as well.I would really like to find someone with experience on this forum in the Massachusetts area to partner with and study under for my first deal.As far as questions go, I do have a couple:1)  Would it be a good idea to hire a commercial real estate broker to locate properties for sale?

It all seems like such a racket.

I guess most of their customers are flattered that their homes are supposedly worth so much, more likely they don't know it's an insurance company racket.

When this guy returned for his money later, he told me I'd likely have been accused of trying to scam the scammer...intimidation racket.

It's a huge racket.

The last thing you can do is listen and see if the condenser unit (the part outside with the compressor, condenser coils, and fan) is making a lot of racket, such as buzzing, when operating.

We filed a lawsuit against him/them in Federal Court alleging racketeering (RICO), a Ponzi scheme, investor stacking and more in his tax lien, tax deed business.

This appraisal business is just another government racket as far as I am concerned. 

Wall Street is running a big extortion racket - aimed at getting $700 BILLION from the taxpayers!
