The flow of information and the authenticity of people on here is a breath of fresh air.  

But what I do expect is some humility and genuine focus on business, not to mention authenticity.

However for me, If having to choose between someone who simply exhibits talent and a person who adds to that authenticity and transparency, I would pick the latter.
