IMO It is a complete violation of the takings clause of the 5th amendment... but you're going to be in for a world of hurt if you buy into a market with existing restrictions.  

I have written every lawmaker I could to amend this ordinance, I urge all to do the same.

In addition to this Texas was the 8th State to amend its LLC statute to establish Series LLC.
