And I do this without parental guarantors.I am incredibly allergic to parental involvement and helicopter parents. 

I used to allow cats but i found that my tenant now has a cat and the downstairs tenant is allergic to cats.

I'm not allergic, but consider the health ramifications of the gym client with pet allergies who is running on the treadmill (already short of breath) and sustains an allergic reaction from the pet.  

Additional complaints include old kitchen tiles not being perfectly white anymore, requests us to bring mop, buckets and scrub it in his presence with extra effort. 3) Upon visiting the property to take note of his complaints, we notice he has brought in an unauthorized pet cat, a violation of lease terms (lease states NO ANIMALS and a violation would result in a $25 penalty per day per animal)Owners want him out and are upset about the cat, specifically because wife is deathly allergic. 

We also say they should expect to pay for a thorough cleaning upon move out, so that a renter allergic to dogs would be comfortable in the apartment and that it is at our sole discretion whether to charge it or not.
