GA is pretty straightforward.I would have to buy it pretty low to compensate for that aggravation as for selling the longer I have to wait to resell the return goes down due to time.

If not, at the very least have a talk with a local attorney that specializes in evictions to get some sense of what you are up against and what the worst-case scenario might turn out to be for you cost-wise and aggravation-wise.

As for $100 to close a line of credit you could pose that since they are changing their policy and requiring you to add flood insurance that this changes the agreement you had and try to get out if not but in the end it’s only $100 may not be worth the aggravation.
