Offline community papers, shopper magazines, make flyers & put them in libraries, barber shops, LAUNDRAMATS, anywhere with high traffic! 

Often when I'm dealing with properties in this price range, I'm advertising it in Christies international real estate magazine.

You might go to the library and check Consumer Reports magazine for a recent snowblower review. 

@Jay HinrichsJay, almost all the forums are full of wants, there are very few have's, the entire site is full of needs.You need the classifieds in Pilot Magazine We got the yacht out of Yachting World. 

They would all be advertising in the same magazine (we all know the three popular ones) and selling to the same folks who we all talk with (West Coast, Northern USA investors and or international investors).

BTW the realtor magazines never asked me this question..I could of pushed it up to 34% :P

As a former upstate New Yorker I would also advise you to move south.
