I am definitely looking in the Sarasota and Clearwater area so not dead set Tampa but somewhat in the Florida West Coast area.

Katy, Cypress, Spring, Woodlands, even up into Magnolia, Tomball, Conroe - all that is prime - west to north is where I'm at

Eric keep in mind the market he is talking about median home prices are more in the 150 to 200k range and agents dont make the same dollars as successful or even modestly successful West coast agents make..

He bought defunct brands and was  reviving them Like Bermashave and other names of yesteryear and I know there has been some success in the mid west buying old BEER brands and reviving those..

Currently playing with the idea of buying acreage in the west burbs of Chicago and design/ building a duplex and then another and another.
