At the end of the day, whether small or large deals it always comes down to relationships.

The quality of answers to your are directly correlated to the quality of your questions asked.  

Read the NC general statute on wholesaling and ask frequent questions to the real estate commission.

The process has been difficult and stressful and we almost gave up a few times. 

Or stair step up on your homestead value pretty dramatically in a decade. 

Worried about saturation, thinking about going hard on the themes to appeal to visiting families.
