If you need to leave in less than a year, you need a really good reasonbecause Fannie/Freddie/FHA/VA and other secondary market makers don't like foryou to get owner occupied loans and then not stay in the property.

There are potentially 100% loans like VA foreclosures, and also depending on where you buy. 

The next level up is hiring a revenue management company or VA to do this for you.

I already used up my VA loan on two properties in Washington state.

I am currently using batchdialer for my VA which seems to be pretty good (a little confusing at first) but gets the job done.

We would eventually want to hire a VA to outsource this.

Next, if you do another VA mortgage, VA allows you to take your lease and offset your mortgage payment.
