I live in the Comox Valley but have been investing in both Victoria and Comox Valley for the past 7 years, condo and multi-family, naturally fallen into the BRRRR method, and looking forward to adding more to my portfolio in 2022.Just wanted to start a new forum for anyone who might have questions about real estate opportunities on the island!

Ryan did not set up the website by himself, however if you talked to Victoria Congdon whether she cared if Ryan had set up the website himself I’m sure she’d tell you she could care less because DoHardMoney funded her last deal and she walked away with over $20,000 in net profit.

Although the laws in Victoria are pretty good and tenants breaking a contract have to pay rent until a new tenant was found. 

I am from the lower mainlaind (Sechelt/Victoria) and I work up north and invest in commercial properties in developing towns with high growth potential and security of long-term development.

@Victoria Stokes - I like both, but much depends on where you’re at in your REI journey.
